Click on the button that says "Free Download" and follow the instructions to download and install the free iTunes software on your computer.
Step 2:
Launch iTunes by clicking on the iTunes icon in your "Start" menu.
On the menu at the top of the iTunes window, click "Advanced" and then click "Subscribe to Podcast".
Step 3:
In the "Subscribe to Podcast" pop-up window, copy and paste the following URL:
Click "OK".
Step 4:
iTunes will locate and download the current podcast episode. A select number of older episodes will also be available for download.
Step 5:
Once the download is complete, you can listen to the current podcast by clicking the "Play" button located in the upper left corner of the screen.
Step 6:
When you are ready to get more episodes, simply click the "Get" button located next to the the podcast title and iTunes will download that episode as well.
